EQ for Workplace Success
This one-day workshop is specially designed for participants to strengthen their emotional intelligence competencies at workplace. The participants will learn key strategies on how to recognise his or her behaviors, moods, impulses and manage them best according to situation to enhance their work-relationships for win-win organisational outcomes. This workshop will introduce the participants to the five competencies of Emotional Intelligence and help them have a deeper understanding of the root causes of their emotions and how they interact with others. The program will be highly experiential with group activities and sharing of real-life work and personal experiences and the opportunity to reflect.
