Shirley Balderstone is the Academic Director of Training Edge International and has over 30 years experience in the field of administration, learning and education.

Shirley has a Honours Degree in English and a Teaching Diploma.

Cheryl Poon is the Vice President, Finance and Administration of Training Edge International and has 15 years of experience in administration and finance. Cheryl has worked across several sectors, including banking, healthcare, advertising, training & education.

Cheryl holds a BA (Econs) from the National University of Singapore.

Patrick Phua is the Country General Manager for Training Edge International Pte Ltd for Vietnam region. Patrick has more than 10 years of business development experience in Philippines, Malaysia, Bangkok, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Muscat, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, Australia, Vietnam, India and USA. He has extensive experience in various industries including petrochemicals, plastics, education and training. He is extremely well connected and is now spearheading the expansion of Training Edge into Vietnam.

Patrick has Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the U.S.A.
