Mr Peter Sung was a former Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Home Affairs and National Development. He was also a Member of Parliament of Buona Vista, Ambassador to the Philippines and Executive Chairman of several public listed companies.

Prior to joining the Government of Singapore, Mr Sung had a varied career over 20 years in the private sector where he was involved in personnel, sales, marketing and corporate planning. He was in general management position in many sectors including petroleum, construction, manufacturing, trading, property, hotel management and the Infocomm businesses.

Mr Sung earned first class honors in Economics from the University of Singapore and a Certificate in Education from the Teachers' Training College.

Dave Phua is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Training Edge International Pte Ltd. He has 19 years of marketing and business development experience gained in the management education and human resource development sectors.

Dave plays a key role in building key client relationships with regional and international partners which has helped position Training Edge International as one of the leading providers of Training and Management Development Programmes in the Asia Pacific region.

Dave holds a Master degree from Nanyang Technological University, a BSc (Hons) from the University of Bradford, UK and is an Honorary Fellow of the International Professional Managers Association, UK.

Chris Fenney is Co-Founder and Director of Training Edge International. He has more than 35 years experience in training and management development, gained at many levels, including Director and Vice President Appointments, across a range of sectors including manufacturing, service, retail and leisure.

Chris has a first degree in Social Science and a Masters in Management Learning and Development.
