Working on the strategic planning of brands like L’Oreal, Nestle and Tiffany’s has deepened her international grasp of consumer behaviour and market insights. She has had the privilege of speaking and empowering audiences at the Workforce Development Authority, Singapore, Amway/AmCham Entrepreneurial Spirit conference (Helsinki), Singapore Management University’s Women and Leadership conference, INSEAD for the Finnish Business Council as well as being featured on Singapore & Swedish television news channels.

Harini has a Masters in Advertising from Michigan State University and is a REACH (Pioneer Institute in Personal Branding, US) certified Personal Branding and 360-degree brand strategist. She is based in Singapore and currently directs and manages her social enterprise.
