Nisha is a tourism practitioner, lecturer and corporate trainer with more than 20 years extensive management experience in the Tourism and Hospitality industry. She holds a Masters in Business Administration, specialising in hospitality and Tourism Management, by the Nanyang Business School, Singapore.
She is currently pursuing her PhD with the Murdoch University (Australia) in the area of Tourism Education and is involved in the writing of research papers in the area of tourism.
Nisha is a qualified trainer and holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) – a national qualification awarded by WDA (Workforce Development Authority). She is accredited by Institute of Customer Service (ICS U.K) to conduct customer service coaching programs and is also a Certified MBTI, DISC and STRONG Administrator with Asianic Psychological Press, Australia and Behavioural Coach. Nisha is also certified by Etiqutte Survival Group (U.S) to conduct Social and Business Etiquette.
